Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Jim Hubler completed an M.D. J.D. dual degree program at Southern Illinois University obtaining both his law and medical degree in 6 years.
He completed an emergency medicine residency at University of Illinois college of medicine in Peoria IL. He is board-certified in emergency medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
Dr. Hubler, formed Emergency Physician Staffing Solutions (EPSS), which currently staffs 11 hospitals in Central Illinois. He is currently the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Carle Health – Pekin Hospital in Pekin Illinois.
He has focused his medical legal background on risk reduction and improving patient safety and was the Executive Editor of the ED Legal Letter, a national risk management publication; he has written and lectured extensively on risk management issues in emergency medicine; and served as a risk consultant to The Sullivan Group. He has also lectured nationally and served as a consultant on EMTALA – The Emergency Medicine Treatment and Active Labor Act.
He has a passion for functional medicine, longevity, and weight loss. He has helped numerous patients, friends, and family members improve their quality of life and achieve their weight-loss goals. His goal is to assist patients regarding their mental and physical well-being and happiness.
Kimberly is the Founder and Managing Partner of RevIVe, where she leads the vision, business operations, and overall client experience. She created RevIVe with the belief that wellness should be accessible, elevated, and centered on the whole person—body and mind—without feeling intimidating or transactional.
With a background in entrepreneurship and business development, Kimberly oversees strategic growth, partnerships, branding, and the systems that keep the clinic running efficiently and responsibly. She works closely with the medical team and staff to establish strong operational processes, clinical workflows, and a seamless, welcoming patient experience.
Collaboration and leadership are central to Kimberly’s approach. She values building a capable, trusted team and believes the success of RevIVe comes from aligned roles, clear standards, and shared accountability across the organization.
Kimberly remains hands-on in shaping how clients experience RevIVe, from first contact through ongoing care. Her mission is to create a space where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to take control of their health.

Director of Clinical Services | Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Shelby is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for functional medicine. Her journey began with a longstanding desire to help others and evolved through a strong nursing foundation supported by advanced training in nursing education and clinical practice. Her introduction to Functional Medicine early in her career profoundly shaped her path and became the driving force behind her clinical focus.
As a Certified BHRT provider, Shelby has dedicated years to specialized training, blending evidence-based care with a holistic, patient-centered approach. She is committed to delivering high-quality care while helping reduce the stigma surrounding alternative and integrative therapies. Shelby strongly believes in the body’s ability to heal when supported with proper nutrition, foundational lifestyle practices, and self-compassion. She considers it her greatest honor to walk alongside patients as they rediscover their health, hope, and sense of well-being.
Melissa is an Advanced Practice Nurse with Full Practice Authority, specializing in tele-health mental health services with a focus on ADHD. She is both a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist. With experience across multiple healthcare settings—including tele-health, outpatient treatment, Intensive Care Units, and Emergency Departments—Melissa brings a comprehensive understanding of patient care and the importance of patient-focused treatment.
Melissa evaluates and treats adult patients, particularly those experiencing ADHD-related symptoms. Her approach centers on providing clear diagnoses, effective treatment plans, and thorough patient education.
Whether managing acute changes or prescribing medications, she prioritizes patient and family involvement, believing that personalized care empowers individuals to understand and manage their health with confidence. She is dedicated to helping patients work toward a healthier, happier life.
Donna is a registered nurse with eight years of emergency medicine experience and a passion for patient education, support, and mentoring new nurses. Her philosophy is that great care blends science, art, and genuine compassion.
More recently, she has expanded her professional focus to reflect her personal belief in health and wellbeing, developing a strong interest in wellness, weight loss, and helping others feel their best and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time outdoors—especially by a beach. As a mom of five, she stays plenty busy, and she is a proud Army mom with a deep appreciation for veterans and their families.
Lisa is a registered nurse with 25 years in emergency medicine and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Her extensive background allows her to bring a calm, skilled, and reassuring presence to her role as a RevIVe IV Infusion Nurse. Lisa is dedicated to creating a supportive and relaxing environment, ensuring patients feel heard, safe, and truly cared for during their wellness treatments.
Outside the clinic, Lisa is happily married and a proud mom to two athletic daughters, whose busy sports schedules keep their family active.

Ashley is a Registered Dietitian specializing in compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care for adults and children. She helps patients improve their health through sustainable habits—without restriction, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.
With experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, Ashley supports weight management, metabolic health, and pediatric nutrition concerns, including failure to thrive, eating disorders, and obesity. She also provides nutrition care for patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring home enteral or parenteral nutrition support. As a Physician Assistant student, she integrates medical training with advanced nutrition therapy to deliver thoughtful, whole-person care focused on lasting results
Amy is a healthcare support professional with experience in patient care, clinic operations, and administrative coordination. She has worked in both direct patient-facing roles and operational support positions, bringing a strong foundation in organization, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Amy is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to creating a welcoming, efficient healthcare environment for patients and providers.
